Join me for a day of delving into the systemic and familial stories of survival that live in us, but when expired, can block the connection to our life force. This circle is about honoring the impact of transgenerational trauma and exploring ways to find freedom from our entrenched patterns. Simply put, if you are currently stuck with some unresolved life issue and it feels like it might have not started with you, the family constellation process may offer powerful tool towards resolution. Feel free to bring any life challenge you wish to explore. Newly found curiosity about yourself, playfulness, a sense of belonging, insight and deep compassion are some of my personal favorite takeaways from a day of family constellations work.
